Burgess Inspections is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Growth Representative & Inspection Scheduler. Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Growth:
    1.  Actively seek out new business opportunities through various channels, including lead generation calling, networking events, and online platforms.
    2. Educate potential clients on our inspection services and benefits, effectively communicating our value proposition.
    3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
    4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  2. Inspection Scheduling:
    1. Manage the scheduling of inspections efficiently and accurately, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
    2. Coordinate with clients to schedule inspection appointments, accommodating their preferences and availability.
    3. Maintain a detailed calendar of appointments and communicate any changes or updates promptly.
    4. Address client inquiries about scheduling, services, and related matters professionally and courteously.
  3. Administrative Support:
    1. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
    2. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
    3. Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating a proactive and team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications:

  • First, the candidate must enjoy working on the phone and is comfortable making lead generation calls.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to modern technologies and procedures.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
